  • Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
  • Service Level Objectives (SLOs)

In the event of any conflict, executed client agreements take precedence over these Terms.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Univision Computers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
