Chief Executive Officer
Alex is one of the founding members of Univision. Univision was formed in 1989 by two business partners who met while attending the University of Montana in the Computer Science department. Initially, Univision was focused on developing custom software for a variety of different organizations and ultimately morphed into what it is today, which is a full-service IT Services firm.
Alex enjoys building organizations, relationships and fostering teamwork. One of the biggest areas of pride for him is watching employees grow both personally and professionally. He witnessed many employees grow into extremely capable engineers, programmers and managers from humble beginnings. Teamwork is incredibly important to Univision and Alex has been pivotal in promoting that throughout the organization.
Alex has been married for 25+ years to his wife, Debra, and has a daughter who is also married and has 2 wonderful children. Alex enjoys biking in the summer and skiing in the winter. The grandkids live close by and Alex enjoys spending time with them. Alex and Debra enjoy traveling to new places. Alex is also very active in his church in Missoula.
Chief Technology Officer
Evan is an Owner and the Director of Technology & Vice President at Univision.
Throughout his IT experience Evan has become fluent in several areas: Systems Administration, VOIP Systems, Network Engineering, Information Systems Security, Cyber Security, and Business Management/Development. Evan has become knowledgeable in several IT security standards and regulations: NIST, HIPAA, PCI, FTC Safeguards, and CIS. Although Evan is well versed in several areas of IT, his passion is IT Security, Business strategy, and Systems Development.
Evan Monson was born and raised in a small town in Northeastern Montana, grew up as a farmer, and migrated towards a love for Information Technology. He has lived in Missoula MT since 2007. He graduated in 2009 from the University of Montana College of Technology with an Associate Degree in Network Systems Management. Then a year later he decided to go back to school to attain his bachelor’s degree in information systems & cyber security at Colorado Technical University. In addition to his college degrees, he holds many IT certifications and has been working in the IT Field since 2005 with his first job working for an Internet Service Provider.
He enjoys spending time with his family and enjoys Skiing, Boating, Camping, Hunting, Video Gaming, and the Piano.
Recent achievements:
In 2023 he conducted a 500-hour project completely overhauling a large medical facility’s network, systems, IT processes, etc. bringing them a much more stable IT environment, heightened IT security, and saving them a lot of money per month which, over time will pay for the large project and bring savings for the foreseeable future.
In 2022-2023 he drove the redesign of Univision’s Customer Management department and methodologies, which has greatly improved overall satisfaction, business insights, and IT strategy for all of Univision’s customers.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Christopher is an avid project enthusiast. With a background in electrical engineering and software engineering, he holds over 130 certifications, showcasing his commitment to continuous learning and expertise in various technical domains. Chief Service Officer
Sean is the Service Director overseeing the entire Service Department, in this role he focuses on leadership and career development, drawing from his own journey to inspire others.
Sean embarked on his professional journey in 2013 when he joined the Univision Team as an entry-level Help Desk Technician, with minimal prior experience but a strong interest in custom PC assembly and assisting friends and family with their computing needs. Concurrently, he pursued an associate degree in I.T. Network Administration at Missoula College, graduating with high honors in 2015.
Over his 10+ years at Univision, Sean has advanced to his current role and contributed to the opening of Univision's second office in Kalispell, MT, expanding in-person service coverage for clients. He also played a role in advocating for remote staffing solutions, streamlining onboarding processes, and promoting career development within Univision. With his career advancement he also transitioned from technical support to accounting and staff management, drawing on his vast previous managerial experience.
Outside of work, Sean, a Montana native, enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and fishing, and maintains his technical edge through his home lab. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys.
Chief Administrative Officer
Chad joined Univision in 2023 as the Human Resources & Administration Manager. He has over 10 years of Leadership experience and 5 years of Human Resources experience in various industries and organizations. He obtained his SHRM HR Professional Certification to enhance his skills, utilize best practices, and become a better business partner. He uses this experience and knowledge to help support Univisions business goals and objectives.
Chad was born and raised in Northwest Montana and is a University of Montana Business School Alumni. He enjoys following his children around the state and cheering for them at their various sports activities. He also enjoys hunting, camping, and horseback riding with his spouse.
Chief Customer Officer
Owen was born and raised in the Flathead Valley. As a fifth generation Montanan and alumni of both the University of Montana and Montana State University his big sky roots run deep. After college, Owen spent years traveling sharing and growing his passions in hospitality service before returning home to join Univision
As a client success manager at Univision, Owen is proud to put his rich and varied experience in customer service to good use serving those who serve his community. When not hard at work at Univision, Owen enjoys music, spending time on the water, ski slopes, or trail with his family, cooking for friends, and enjoying all that the big sky has to offer.
Business Automation & Intelligence Team Lead
Marie is a Business Automation & Intelligence Engineer with two years of experience using the Microsoft Power Platform and an array of other cutting-edge tools to provide workflow solutions to clients. Armed with a degree in Computer Science from Montana Tech, she initially embarked on the path of education, spending over two decades educating young minds in mathematics, spanning grades 5 through 12. Marie's return to the IT sphere has been marked by her unwavering commitment to delivering unique, efficient, and cost-effective solutions to a myriad of issues faced by her clients. Her ability to draw upon her rich background in education, coupled with her technical acumen, ensures that her solutions are not only effective but also comprehensible to clients from all industries.
When she isn't at the office, one can find Marie casting a line into pristine waters for a day of fishing, revving up a snowmobile to conquer the snow-covered terrain, nurturing her garden's growth or creating intricate quilts.
Team Lead
Brian is the support team lead for Team 4 at Univision Computers, a leading IT company that provides solutions for various industries. He has been with Univision since 2015 and has successfully implemented and maintained networks for many of our local businesses. He currently oversees Team 4 which specializes in our voice systems and physical security systems, manages the UniCloud (Univision’s private cloud hosting system) and ensures that customers receive timely and quality support.
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in biology education from the University of Montana, where he earned the President’s Award for Academic Excellence. This degree led him to rural Nevada where he taught biology, chemistry, physics, leadership, and botany for seven years. He also was head coach for the track team and head of student council. He is passionate about inspiring young minds and fostering a love of science and is always eager to learn new skills and technologies to enhance his professional development.
In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, especially outdoors. Additionally, he enjoys cultivating his large plant collection and completing personal tech projects.
Brian’s life has been a tapestry of adventures across diverse landscapes. From the lush rainforests to the arid deserts, from serene coastlines to rugged mountains, he has braved the extremes of nature. He has rafted the River of No Return, crossed the Bob Marshall Wilderness, and climbed the highest mountain in 3 states. He has survived illness deep in the jungle as well as local armed militias. Brian brings these life skills and experiences to the job when fixing your network.
Team Lead
Brandon joined Univision in 2014 as a help desk representative, moving up to field engineer, and is now a Team Lead.
He graduated from FVCC in 2014 with An Associate in Applied Sciences in Information Technology.
He is an avid fisherman and enjoys the Outdoors for the 45 days of summer that the Flathead Valley has..
Team Lead
Mark started with Univision in August of 2016 as a Help Desk Technician after moving from Kalispell where he previously called home. He is currently a Level II Support Team Lead after having progressed from Help Desk to Help Desk Team Lead and a Level II Field Engineer.
In his free time, he likes to hike, camp, play or watch the sport of the season, and most any other outdoor activity. He also referees club and high school soccer and has been in the Montana Army National Guard for 15 years.
His professional certifications include CompTIA’s Security+, Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC)’s Security Essentials (GSEC), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), and GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA).
Team Lead
Ben is the support team lead for Team 1 and has been with Univision since 2017. His team works primarily with Univision's medical clients, covering a variety of different types of practices.
He grew up in Port Townsend Washington and moved to Montana in 2013 where he attended Carroll College's CIS undergrad program. He enjoys snowboarding, hiking & boating.
Senior Business Development Representative
Scott Dahl has a rich background in the sales and marketing industry. Originally from Northern California, he has been residing in Spokane since 2014. In 2024, Scott joined Univision as a senior sales development representative, catering to Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho businesses. He operates from the Liberty Lake, WA, office. He is married with four children and enjoys kayaking, hiking and exploring the Inland Northwest..

I moved to Montana in 1996 from Colorado, ever since have been an avid fisherman and love to be out in the woods camping and hiking. I recently joined Univision after 12 years of managing and being crew chief of our legends & formula team traveling the whole west coast. I love being out in the community and interacting with our local events and people.
